Refund and Dispute Policy:

Refunds:
We offer a full refund if the client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided by HomeService Club.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the initial design concepts.
Once the design is approved or revisions have been made, refunds will not be issued.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, the client must contact HomeService Club within 14 days of the issue arising.
Both parties will work together to resolve the dispute in an amicable and fair manner.
If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as a last resort.

Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their project at any time, but fees may apply based on the progress of the project.
HomeService Club reserves the right to cancel a project if the client violates the terms of the agreement or engages in unethical behavior.

Scope of Work:
Any additional work requested outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.
HomeService Club will provide a detailed scope of work document outlining the services included in the project.

Communication:
Timely and effective communication is essential for the success of the project.
Both parties agree to respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages regarding the project.
By engaging HomeService Club for web design services, the client agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this refund and dispute policy. We strive to provide exceptional service and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
