Another Holmedale Art Crawl in the books!

A huge thank you to those that braved the rainy weather and stopped by to support local artists! It was really great to see friendly faces and share my work with you.

I had a great time helping some people print their own cards and introducing them to the printmaking process.

A huge shout out to the organizers of the event! I am so grateful for your efforts to bring the art community together in such an impactful way! Cheers to helping artists get their work seen!!!

This hand-pulled drypoint print was inspired by quiet moments shared together: still water, evening light, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after the moment has passed.

Hanging onto a moment.

The ones that have more feeling than space. The moments that imprint themselves on your being.

Photos can sometimes bring back the feeling, but capturing it in a painting gets it closer to how it felt, rather than how it looked.

This is my daughter and her best friend. They have been lucky enough to have been close through their childhood, from the beginning. Graduating together this year they are both moving onto a new chapter. One that I am sure will only bring them closer together event thought they will be further apart.

Their friendship is something that will stay with them forever. Their childhood is anchored in eachother. I tried to capture that.
