Last July we lost our office in a structure fire.

Although we found some new office space in November, getting the new sign installed makes it feel so much more official!

Our office experienced a major fire early Sunday morning.

Fortunately, no injuries, and only minimal impact to our customers for support. The equipment in our server room can be replaced and was insured.

We always preach the importance of backups. It will take us days (and possibly weeks) to find a new space, and get everything back up and running as we have some very complicated software development environments to rebuild, even with complete backups available. Without those backups, this would have been catastrophic and possibly the end of our business.

For everyone who has reached out, thank you, we are humbled by all of the support, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we get back up and running.

Lots of activity here today! A small army of Bell technicians are onsite running fibre-optic cabling for our new internet connection.

We've brought our phone system out of the 90's and into the "now"... our new VOIP phones have been installed! Please continue to use the toll free number (877-885-8868) to contact us. These new phones allow our remote employees to communicate more effectively to help support our customers better.
