I've been working with businesses for over 5 years to keep their vital systems running smoothly and to recover from critical hardware failures. I’m a graduate with Honours from the Computer Systems Technician Program and have knowledge and experience with:

- Installing and recovering operating systems (Windows 95, 98, XP, Vista, 7, 8 & 8.1)
- Installing, updating, recovering, and maintaining serv

ers (print servers, file servers, backup servers, etc)
- Installing and updating software and drivers
- Adding peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, Point-of-Sale pin pads, etc.
- Tune-ups for slow computers
- Virus/malware/pop-up detection and removal
- Wireless and wired LAN set-up and trouble-shooting
- Data recovery and back-up
- Hardware repairs – e.g. replacing cracked screens on Apple products, mobile phones, laptops, etc
- Unlocking mobile phones to set up with new service provider
- In-home training so users are more comfortable with and educated about what their computers can do
