We've all grabbed a sad egg bite on the way to our next meeting, making a nutritional compromise out of necessity rather than choice. Enter Merōs.

Yaletown was full of healthy options that were either overpriced or watered down. There wasn’t anything built for people who care about what they eat but are always on the move between meetings, the gym, errands, and everything else.

We partnered with the founders to build something elevated, from research and strategy to a name that could hold the whole idea. Merōs means "the space in between," and it shaped everything after: the messaging, the visual identity, the menu, the website.

Last week, our Head of Strategy Allison J. Bran stood in front of the Perfect Fit team to share something we don’t always get to present in person: the vision, mission, and values behind the brand we’ve spent the last year building together. 
 
This is the part of the work that doesn’t always get seen — brand strategy isn’t just what shows up on a website or a truck wrap. Done right, it shapes how a team sees itself. It gives people language for why the work matters, and a standard to hold each other to. 
 
That’s a piece we care a lot about, because it drives companies and makes for a better work-life for employees.  
 
We don’t just do logos — we develop brand strategies that drive marketing and culture.
