Just letting our customers know - there has been a cut fibre internet line in Blenheim. This has taken down the Juce Connect network. We’ve spoken with Cogeco, a tech has been dispatched but they have given us no ETA at this time.

This also means that the Juce Computers store in Ridgetown has no phones or debit machine.

We’re sorry for the huge inconvenience.

We were just made aware of a new scam that is circling around, and wanted to let you know so you could be prepared.

Scammers are calling and pretending to be Bell Canada. They inform you that the internet will be down for a period of time.

When you then tell them that you are not a Bell customer, they will inform you that they own all the towers, so it does affect you.

This is FALSE! Juce Connect is responsible for all of our towers and feeds. We can tell you that Bell Canada is not involved with us at all.

Then these callers will try to remote in to your computer. Please do not let them do this. This is how they will get your information.
