One person in your office knows where every applicator is right now.

When the fall schedule lives in one person's memory and a stack of paper tickets, everyone else is working blind. Which field is done. Which machine is free. What's still open.

A blend that's slightly off costs more than it used to.

Fertilizer prices have stayed elevated and unpredictable for the past few years, and most retailers are heading into their planning with the same reality: margins are tighter, demand is harder to forecast, and the cost of getting a blend wrong is higher than it was.

When product was cheaper, a few tons of variance was an annoyance. At today's prices, the same variance is a number your controller has to explain.
