š§µ Embroidery is one of the most popular ways to customize branded apparel ā and for good reason.
An embroidered logo adds texture, dimension and a polished, premium feel that can completely change the look of a product. Itās a go-to choice for custom hats, polos, jackets, uniforms, workwear, bags and corporate apparel.
But hereās the part thatās easy to overlook: not every product is a good candidate for embroidery.
Because embroidery involves thousands of stitches passing through the material, the weight, thickness and construction of the item matter. Lightweight or delicate fabrics may pucker, stretch or struggle to support a dense embroidered design. Very small lettering, thin lines and intricate logo details can also be difficult to reproduce cleanly in thread.
That doesnāt mean you canāt customize those products ā it just means another imprint method may give you a better result.
At Serkin Promotions, we look at the logo AND the product to help determine the right decoration method. Sometimes thatās traditional embroidery. Sometimes itās 3D puff, tackle twill, chenille, screen printing, DTF or another technique entirely.
Because choosing the right promotional product is only half the equation ā choosing the right imprint method is what brings your branding to life. š§µāØ
