Ontario is investing in the future of aviation ground operations right here in Northern Ontario.

AirSuite is proud to announce that we have been selected for support through the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN) R&D Partnership Fund to develop a new Ground Management System (GMS) within Cirro.

In partnership with Wisk Air Helicopters, the project represents an investment of more than $383,000, including $100,000 through OVIN and more than $283,000 in industry contributions.

The new Ground Module will address an important gap in aviation by connecting air and ground operations within a single integrated digital platform, improving communication, operational visibility, and safety for complex missions, including wildfire response, utilities, mining, forestry, and remote operations.

We’re proud to be developing this Ontario-made technology in Thunder Bay, combining Northern aviation expertise with tech innovation.
