Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Core Business Solutions.
After many years of serving businesses throughout Timmins and Northern Ontario, I am pleased to announce that, effective August 1, 2026, Core Business Solutions has been acquired by Subnet Systems Inc.
This was not a decision I made lightly. Finding the right organization to continue supporting our clients was my highest priority, and I am confident that Subnet Systems is the right fit. Their reputation, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service make them an outstanding partner to carry Core Business Solutions into the future.
I want to sincerely thank our clients for the trust and loyalty you've shown over the years. Your support has allowed us to build something truly special, and I am incredibly grateful for the relationships we've developed along the way.
I would also like to recognize Pierre Joly for his dedication and expertise over the years. I am thrilled that Pierre will be joining the Subnet Systems team, where he will continue providing the outstanding service our clients have come to expect. His continued involvement will help ensure a seamless transition.
I'd also like to thank the entire team at Subnet Systems for making this transition such a positive experience. I have every confidence they will continue to provide the high level of service our clients deserve, and I look forward to working alongside them in my new role as a consultant during the transition.
While this chapter is coming to a close, I'm incredibly proud of what we've built at Core Business Solutions. Knowing our clients are in excellent hands gives me great confidence and excitement for what lies ahead.
