As home prices have risen, condo sizes in Toronto have gotten smaller. But little innovation has been focused on making the most of those smaller spaces.

At Quayside, we are looking at housing options to meet all types of households and to make living downtown more appealing and affordable to more people like seniors, singles, and families.

We also believe that we can make all kinds of apartment and condo sizes more livable through a series of innovations. One innovation we are exploring is robotic furniture from a company called Ori that allows residents to effortlessly transform rooms and space from one purpose to another.
