Telehouse Canada Providing you with access to a diverse ecosystem of the world's largest connectivity partners in Canada

08/17/2026

Your workloads move fast. Your network should too.

Traditional cloud connectivity can require fixed connections to individual providers, along with lengthy provisioning timelines and additional physical infrastructure. Cloud Networks service powered by Megaport takes a different approach. From a single port at Telehouse Canada's downtown Toronto campus, organizations can establish private, on-demand connections to more than 350 cloud on-ramps without deploying additional physical infrastructure.

At Telehouse Canada, we know that strong teams are built not only through collaboration, but also through the moments that bring people together.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it a great afternoon.

What does it take to power the future of AI?

In this conversation with Matthew Welch at DCN Toronto, John Campbell, Director of Projects and DX at Telehouse Canada, shares his perspective on the energy, cooling, and infrastructure strategies required to support the growing demands of AI workloads.

The discussion explores how data centres are adapting to higher-density deployments, balancing performance with efficiency and sustainability, while preparing for the next generation of AI infrastructure.

John also discusses Telehouse Canada's recent Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) deployment, a significant enhancement to our urban data centre campus in Toronto. This infrastructure upgrade enables support for higher-density AI environments while improving cooling efficiency and overall operational sustainability.

While you might be heading to the lake to beat the summer heat, cold water is already doing the heavy lifting inside our data centres, supporting the growing demands of AI workloads.

To support high-density AI deployments in downtown Toronto, our facilities combine Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling with advanced Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling. By delivering coolant directly to high-power CPUs and GPUs, the technology removes up to 80 per cent of heat at the source, helping support cabinet densities of up to 120 kW per rack while reducing reliance on traditional air cooling.

For years, the story of global data flow ran through familiar hubs: New York, London, Frankfurt, Tokyo. But that story is shifting, and Canada is becoming a bigger part of it.

Geography is one of the reasons Canada’s role in global connectivity continues to grow. Operating at the heart of Canada’s primary network hub gives Telehouse Canada clients direct access to national fibre backbones, allowing operators to balance data flow coast to coast and bypass congested routes.

As more organizations look to keep data closer to home and closer to the networks that move it fastest, Canada's position keeps getting stronger, and Toronto sits right at the centre of it. That's exactly where Telehouse Canada operates, giving clients a direct line into the infrastructure powering this shift.

The map of global data flow is being redrawn, and Canada is on it.

🏙️Our data centres operate right in the heart of downtown Toronto. And that's by design.

Being in the city core means being where speed matters most. When moving data for critical operations, every millisecond counts. By placing critical infrastructure directly in downtown Toronto, Telehouse Canada puts data right next to the networks, exchanges and end-users who rely on it every second. That's why our facilities are built where connectivity matters most.
