Most dealer principals have a vendor story. The one that promised results, delivered a dashboard, and left the team to figure out the rest.

That history is fair. It's also why "AI" and "automation" get an eye roll before anyone even hears the pitch.

Ribit isn't asking for trust up front. It's built to show what ran, what it did, and what it didn't, in plain terms, so the results speak before the pitch does.

A lot of dealership marketing still runs off static lists. Everyone who bought in the last three years. Everyone in a zip code. Everyone who filled out a form once.

That's not targeting. That's a mailing list with a marketing budget attached.

Ribit builds outreach around actual purchase intent, so the message reaches people while it's still relevant to them.

A campaign looks great in the planning meeting. Everyone agrees on the offer, the audience, and the timing.

Then it hits reality. The email needs to be built, the list loaded, the cadence set, the overlaps checked. Multiple steps, multiple people, multiple chances to slip.

That gap between what was planned and what actually gets executed is where most campaigns lose their edge.

Ribit closes it.

Service reminders probably feel like spam to customers. Except they don’t.

Customers want to come back. Sometimes they just need a maintenance reminder, a second chance to take care of service they previously declined, or a simple nudge at the right time.

You already know the opportunity is there. The hard part is keeping up with every customer, every time, without follow-ups falling through the cracks because someone forgot or got busy.

That’s where Ribit helps. Sequences run on their own, reaching every customer at the right time, without your team having to manage every follow-up manually.

It's tempting to write off a lead after two or three follow-ups with no response. Most dealerships do exactly that.

Research on internet lead conversion shows roughly half of the leads that eventually convert don't respond until the sixth contact or later.

They were always going to buy. They just needed more time.

Ribit runs a structured multi-touch sequence built for customers who take longer to come around, because most of them do.

A campaign that only works if someone checks it every day isn't really automated. It's just delayed manual work.

Ribit is built so a GM doesn't have to log in daily to make sure things are running. Reporting shows what happened. The system handles what happens next.

That's the difference between a tool that needs managing and a system that manages itself.

Plenty of dealerships try to build their own follow-up process. It usually starts fine. A spreadsheet, a shared calendar, someone assigned to send the texts.

It works until that person's out sick, volume doubles, or the campaign runs longer than planned. Then it's the follow-up that disappears.

Most DIY systems fall apart because they depend on someone keeping them running. The moment that person's not there, the system isn't either.

Ribit is built to run without that dependency.

Every dealership has a quieter stretch on the calendar. Foot traffic dips, phones are less busy, and it's tempting to ease off marketing until things pick up again.

That's usually the wrong move. The leads from the busy season are still in the pipeline. The customers who didn't convert three months ago are still out there, closer to ready than they were then.

Ribit keeps outreach running through the slow months. The pipeline doesn't go cold just because the showroom did.

Anyone can slap a logo on a template and call it on-brand.

That's not the same as messaging that actually sounds like the dealership, holds up across every channel, and doesn't read like it was written by five different people because it was.

On-brand is a discipline. Every touchpoint carries the same voice, the same dealership identity, the same tone all the way through.

That consistency is built into Ribit.

Sales follow-up gets the attention. Service follow-up is where quiet revenue disappears.

A service opportunity sits in the system and nobody follows up because it's not as urgent as a pending sale.

Month after month, those appointments never get booked.

Ribit runs service reminders with the same consistency as sales outreach, so nothing slips through just because it wasn't top of mind.
