Being an entrepreneur is a constant sacrifice that tests your patience, faith, lifestyle, relationships and pretty much every aspect of your life until you get to where you want to be. Our friends at Chewies Steam & Oyster Bar CH in Vancouver asked us if we could help their site move up a few spots on Google and within Google maps. 48hrs later, we have them in 2nd and 5th spot under the search "Oyster Bar in Vancouver". It's a good start but we still have work to do.

If you love Oysters, southern style cooking with a great atmosphere and really great people, go check this place out. It's one of my favorite spots to eat in Vancouver.

SEO Victoria is taking a huge risk by inviting our friends and potential customers to follow us as we go from non-existent to #1 for the keyword search "Search Engine Optimization Victoria". We haven't even finished the site yet! What am I doing?

I started building this site on Sunday, October 18th while watching the Oilers vs Canucks game. Because we are going after other Search Engine Optimization companies in Victoria, we targeting the people in our area who are the heavyweights of this industry. This is a great test on our skills and it's my assumption that this won't come easy but so far so good. Can we keep our perfect record intact?

While running the keyword search "Search Engine Optimization Victoria" we landed on page 11 after the first two days. Three days later we are in the middle of page 3. Where will we be tomorrow? I am the first to admit it's a long shot, but my personal goal is to be #1 by Christmas.

Our results come from neither luck nor magic. These rankings are a product of 10 years experience. They come from watching countless hours of supremely boring Matt Cutts Google SEO videos and taking a ton of private courses taught by a variety of really smart people including a former Stanford University professor with a PHD in SEO. We jokingly credit our success to nerd muscles but more accurately, it's the scientific art of Search Engine Optimization.
