A little extra time to do whatever fills your cup ☀️

Last Friday was one of our Redbrick You Days—an extra paid day off to spend however you want.

For our team, that looked like fishing, biking, kayaking, camping, paddleboarding, tennis, cottage time, wedding DIYs, ice cream runs, and even a girls’ trip to Nashville.

No agenda. No right way to spend it. Just a day that’s yours.
