Anyone notice that they have a .net 2.0 or .net 4.0 web application that just simply stops working in IE10? Please see the following links to for more information, but the root of the problem seems to be an up to date App_Browsers folder either missing from your site or your machine.

Transfering single files through FTP can be time consuming and creates for a bloated upload/download. The protocol has to send information per file and traverse directories which can take many hours for only 5MB sites. In order to mitigate this issue, zip your file into one archive, upload, and use php/asp/.net to extract. Then if you have an issue with the content such as correctly preparing your files before upload ( say not zipping within the content directory but one dir up ) you can use a recursive delete script to flush the site.
