3 ways to juggle multiple clients without losing your focus, your sanity, or your deadlines

More clients doesn't mean more chaos if you have the right structure.

1. Batch by client, not by task. Dedicate specific days or half-days to each client. Context switching is the real productivity killer.
2. Use a single project hub. Notion, ClickUp, Trello, pick one. All deliverables, deadlines, and comms in one place.
3. Set communication windows. Not every client needs same-day replies. Set expectations upfront and protect your focus blocks.
