The 2026 BAM Gala, themed “The DNA of Success”, was an event to remember! The setup, which included two projector screens, grey draping with artistic gold uplighting, and a podium, was enhanced by beautiful table arrangements. The result? An elevated, fun, and exciting evening in a warm and welcoming room.

When we picture the ideal warehouse associate, a few things come to mind. Reliable, organized, responsible, eager to help, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Add in a love for creating impactful experiences and being a meaningful part of a great team, and you’ve just described Jesse Navarro to a T.

After starting his audio career over two decades ago in Brazil, Jesse found that he loved the joy and connection live music can bring to people. His passion for creating experiences was born, and the joy of seeing people impacted by an event he was part of crafting was unforgettable.

He began working as a warehouse associate on the AVentPro team in December 2025, and his passion for combining technology and creativity to create human connections has only continued to grow as he supports smooth operations on live events from behind the scenes.

Still, one of Jesse’s most memorable moments with the team so far was at the AVentPro Christmas party, shortly after he started. As a loving husband and father to a two-year-old, he was touched that his wife and daughter were not only invited to join the celebration, but that all the children were given a gift. He knew that he had joined a company that cared about creating incredible experiences, not only for customers, but for employees and their families, as well.

We LOVE our LED Totems and all the ways they can be deployed at your events!

Starting with common areas that get a lot of foot traffic during events, LED totems are a visually dynamic way to share important event messaging, sponsor information, and give important reminders about the event. Not to mention, share event details, like session schedules, wayfinding information, and more, that help to improve the attendee experience.

In the event space, LED totems can create a unique and unexpected set design. Whether they’re used in various areas to display different messaging, are onstage and spaced apart so that content can be mapped across them or different content can play on each one, or deployed right next to each other to create displays in unique sizes, LED totems are just as exciting and effective during sessions as they are in every other facet of the event.
