Every sports parent knows the feeling...

Walking around the field, the court or at the rink, raffle tickets in hand, while the other spectators avoid making eye contact. 😅

Fundraising for team sports will always mean asking for support—but it doesn’t have to mean awkward asks, carrying cash, or keeping track of paper tickets.

With Funding Change, sharing your fundraiser is as as simple as sending a link or scanning a QR code. Making it easier for friends, family, and your community to support wherever they are.

Less hassle and more time for what matters: cheering them on. 🏒⚽🏀

The Winnipeg Sea Bears is working to create more of those spaces for Manitoba youth, including revitalizing public courts in Killarney and at Gordon Bell High School in partnership with Buckets & Borders

Funding Change is proud to be running a 50/50 in support of the Foundation, giving you a chance to take home half the pot while helping make basketball more accessible to young people across Manitoba.

Draw date: Saturday, September 26th at 6PM

Help keep Manitoba’s independent film scene rolling. 🎥

Winnipeg Film Group’s Summer 50/50 is on, and we’re working toward a $10K goal!

Half of every ticket sold goes directly toward supporting independent filmmaking in Manitoba, while one lucky winner takes home the other half of the pot.

🎟️ Current pot: $2,270
Draw date: September 25th @ 9 AM

Every ticket helps emerging filmmakers access equipment and resources, supports community film projects, and keeps independent cinema affordable and accessible at Dave Barber Cinematheque - Winnipeg’s only remaining downtown cinema.

Community support allows us to keep many of our programs, screenings and services affordable, low-cost or free. Part of our raison d’être is being a hub where the next generation of filmmakers can get their start, and we need community support to be able to do this.

So, if you love local films, filmmakers, and stories that deserve to be seen, this is a pretty good way to support them.

Head to Funding Change to grab your tickets and you could take home half the pot!
