About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Bookkeeper to support bookkeeping activities for businesses in Canada and the USA using our AI-powered CFO platform. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge who is interested in working with modern AI tools and gaining practical experience in international bookkeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities using our AI CFO platform
- Review the transactions entered to QuickBooks by LayerNext
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
- Prepare month-end, year-end reports using our AI platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to get the best use of the AI platform.

Requirements
- GCE Advanced Level qualification in the Commerce/Accounting stream OR a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, AAT, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn modern accounting workflows
