I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with the Duolingo Test. I have encountered repeated technical issues that have prevented me from completing the test, despite having a stable internet connection, an active camera, and functioning voice notes. I believe there might be a glitch or some other technical problem causing these logouts.
To provide some context, I have attempted to take the Duolingo Test on three separate occasions, and each time I was unexpectedly logged out before being able to finish. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I paid for the test in good faith, expecting a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
I would like to emphasize that I have taken all the necessary steps to ensure a successful test session. My internet connection has been stable throughout, and I have made sure that my camera and microphone were functioning properly. Despite these efforts, I was still logged out without any clear reason or warning.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you allow me to retake the Duolingo Test without requiring an additional payment. It is only fair that I have the opportunity to complete the test I paid for without any technical hindrances.
I understand that technical issues can occur, and I appreciate your efforts in providing a reliable testing platform. However, in this particular case, the recurring logouts have significantly impacted my experience and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
