Far away: Check its last known or real-time location, then tap Directions to navigate to it.
🚨 Scooter stolen?
For iPhone users, use Find My to locate your scooter.
In all cases, contact the police immediately and seek professional assistance.
🛴 Buying second-hand?
Before completing the purchase, make sure the previous owner has removed the scooter from Find My.
🔄 Selling or transferring yours?
Here’s how to unbind Find My:
1️⃣ Segway Mobility App
Home > Settings > Locating scooter / Find My > Find My function → disable “Find My scooter” → remove the scooter from Apple Find My.
2️⃣ Directly on the scooter
Power on and unlock the scooter → press the brake lever 5 times, then the power button once → when the scooter beeps, remove it from Apple Find My.
