Job Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in developing IP collaborative cooperation plans for the company's related animation and IP products, participate in IP licensing cooperation negotiations, prepare and review business contracts, project promotion, and subsequent product quality control.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the animation and entertainment industry, and has undertaken IP product related authorization and collaboration cooperation work in mature international animation companies and also has relevant legal knowledge. Familiar with the market environment of China and abroad; Study abroad experience, theme park management and IP merchandise development background is preferred.
2. Sincere, strong ex*****on and mature practical experience; have certain communication and coordination of business negotiations skills and excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Enthusiastic and familiar with the development trend of the game，animation industry；with active collaboration product thinking, understand the hobbies and characteristics of the 80s and 90s and have unique insights and analysis capabilities in the market and operations.

岗位职责：
协助CEO制定公司相关动漫形象和IP产品的跨界合作规划、参与IP授权合作谈判、制定并审核商务合同、项目推进以及后续的产品质量控制工作。
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，熟悉动漫娱乐行业，在成熟的国际性动漫公司承担过IP产品相关授权和跨界合作工作，有相关的法律常识。熟悉海内外市场环境；有出国生活学习经历及室内主题乐园管理 衍生品开发行业背景者优先。
2、为人真诚，具有极强的执行力和成熟的实操经验；具备一定的沟通协调 商务谈判以及良好的中英文书写表达能力。
3 热爱并熟悉游戏、动漫行业发展趋势，具有活跃的跨界产品思维，了解80 90后人群的爱好及特征，对市场和运营等领域有独特见地和分析能力。
