Question:Many Hotels and restaurants offered the guests with the free WIFI service, why I need this service?
With WIFI answer: Not all hotels offer the WIFI service to the guests according to their business strategy. As the tourists who are in favor of surfing and video-entertainment, you cannot rely on the hotels policy. There might be following limitation and disadvantages even using the hotel WIFI service:
The bandwidth might be limited and insufficient for the HD-video entertainment;
The data traffic might be not secured if the hotels offer open WIFI network.
We are offering the VPN service to protect your data securely, and offer the second option in case none WIFI service provided by the hotels. Of course, the service will become free if you have one shared WIFI network at home.

Why we only support iOS/Android devices to use this service?

Good question. As you might know, before open the door for the guests, we must ensure your lock is solid enough to protect against any attack.
For this, we offer the MAC filter to network owners. The only possible alternative to beat MAC filter is MAC address clone, it means the network interface MAC address duplication, and it is possible to do that on Windows, Mac and Linux, so we decide to reject this possibility and therefore the desktop will not be in our further roadmap.The security protection model of the iOS/Android devices satisfied our criteria.
For the Windows Phone, due to the API limitation and no VPN service offered by Microsoft, right now we have no plan to implement this service on it.

We know the network is quite small, besides using QR-Code capture/import, you can also try to share the network to community, and after then experience how it works on the same device for free.
Here is the steps to do:
1. Click [Manage Wi-Fi];
2.Have a network configured either via administration or hotspot sharing and click to [Share], of course a valid membership is required for your sharing;
3. Go to [Click to Wi-Fi];
4. Let the App to detect the valid sharing network nearby, once it detected, a congratulation message will be displayed;
5. Click [Next] to follow a network configuration process.

Then it was done. It was totally free, because you entered your shared network.
