GPSENKE has partnered with a steel plant in Qian'an to implement an advanced smart transformation, addressing challenges in crane operations with high-risk, low efficiency, and complexity. The project aims to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational intelligence through unmanned crane scheduling.
🔴 Our Solution
We provided a tailored industrial wireless communication solution, including:
--Unmanned Crane Control & HD Video Transmission: Low-latency, high-reliability remote control and real-time video streaming.
--Industrial-Grade Wireless Network: Deployment of directional APs and point-to-point wireless bridges, covering critical areas for seamless data transmission.
--Environmental Adaptability: IP67-rated devices ensuring stable operation in harsh steel plant conditions (high temperatures, dust).
--Centralized Management: Cloud-based platform for real-time monitoring, remote configuration, and maintenance.

Using industrial-grade wireless APs, we provide full WiFi coverage across 53 substations, supporting unmanned inspections and ensuring seamless device connectivity for improved operational efficiency.

We deploy industrial-grade switches to establish a stable fiber optic network in the control room. For stations where cabling is difficult, we use wireless bridge technology to ensure real-time, secure data transmission over long distances.

Wireless Data Communication Solution for Coal Mine Conveyors
In coal mine conveyor operations, wired connections are impractical due to the mobility of the equipment. To address this, we offer an efficient wireless communication solution.

🌐 Wireless Coverage Setup: Install a wireless AP and directional antenna at fixed points above the conveyor belt, providing a maximum coverage distance of up to 500 meters.
⬆ Wireless Client Configuration: Equip the mobile monitoring device box with an industrial wireless client, which connects to the AP wirelessly to enable real-time camera data transmission.

👨‍🔧 Our technicians are currently on-site, conducting fixed-point testing of the AP locations and fine-tuning the client signal values to ensure stable and reliable data transmission.

We have strategically placed high-performance industrial WiFi6 wireless APs across different areas of our facility, on this project we are delivering dual-band 1800Mbps high-speed WiFi6 Access Point that the coverage with a radius of up to 250 meters.
Inside our smart mobile forklifts, we have installed efficient wireless clients, enabling AGV/RGV work forklifts to seamlessly switch between APs while following designated routes (handoff time ≤200ms), ensuring smooth network connectivity and stable operations. 📶🚜
