A customer asks me how to charge a battery pack, we can only set a total voltage and current to charge them as a whole

A battery pack is comprised of many single battery cells, When the state of individual cells changes, the battery pack becomes unbalanced. An unbalanced battery cannot be fully charged or completely discharged, and this imbalance accelerates battery aging,This not only reduces battery performance but also shortens the overall lifespan of the battery.

To solve this problem, you should add a cell balance board, you can search it to keep each battery same voltage

hello, if you set 60V on RD6030, output shows 60V too, but you use multimeter to check, it is 59.5V(out of allowed error range), then please check if you measure the voltage on the load, there are cables, especially when you use high current, voltage drop is higher

hello, here are some output current questions about RD power supply
1.what is the max output current? check the name, like RD6030, it is 60V 30A max, lower down output voltage will not make max output current higher
2.I cannot get the setting current:A: check if input power is enough B.under CV mode, current=setting voltage/load resistance

hello, in this video we get a RD6018 damaged by overhigh input voltage, we find the 80V 470uf capacitors damaged, and check the input voltage protection board, it is damaged too, after replacing them, it can work at low input voltage, when raise the input voltage, an extra capacitor is burned, other chips are all good, replace it and check it under different input voltage and take load, it is ok finally
