On the evening of May 10th, ChinaNetCenter (SZSE: 300017) announced that it will establish a subsidiary in India, to be jointly founded by ChinaNetCenter Hong Kong and HongKong Seaga Technology Limited with INR 67 million (or USD 1.005 million). ChinaNetCenter Hong Kong will also invest USD 1 million in a wholly owned subsidiary in Ireland to provide dedicated CDN and IDC services to customers in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

March 22nd, 2016, BEIJING, ChinaNetCenter(SZ: 300017) released 2015 annual report. ChinaNetCenter’s total revenue year-on-year increased 53.43%, reached ￥2.93 billion; The net profit belongs to the listed company increased by 71.87 percent to ￥0.83 billion. Looking back over 2015, ChinaNetCenter kept high speed and steady growth which reinforced its leading role in the China CDN market, meanwhile, launched a new strategy to restructure and upgrade its role to a cloud operator. The core cloud business integrated CDN, storage, computing and security.

BEIJING- ChinaNetCenter(SZ: 300017) and Djibouti Data Center (DDC) reached a cooperation on February 29th in terms of a new CDN node deployed in DDC as well as being a new member of Djibouti Internet Exchange(DJIX) system. This is the first time ChinaNetCenter deploys a node in Africa, which makes the overseas CDN accelerate nodes exceed 70 so far. Up till now, ChinaNetCenter CDN service covers 32 regions and countries including Asia, Europe, America, Mid-East as well as Africa.

According to the Semi-Annual Report of 2014 officially released by ChinaNetCenter, in the first half of 2014, the total revenue and net profit belonged to the listed corporation totaled CNY 875 million and CNY 193 million, growing 74.69% and 246.72% year-on-year respectively. And the CDN business income amounted to CNY 755 million, increasing 96.69% YOY and accounting for 86% of company's total revenue. R&D investment of the company was CNY 61 million, up 103.61% YOY.
