When I started building websites I thought I know everything, biggest expert, biggest this and that but in reality I felt like this.

Unseen, Forgotten. Solo.

There are phases where you gotta learn, like a lot before you can even start selling a service to another person.

Don’t buy this mambo jumbo websites in 1 prompt and similar approacues. Think of the future, AI consumption will get more and more restricted.

Service providers who never touched a line of code will do anything just to never learn an actual skill in depth, will touch every single possible business for as long as they can do it.

Learning a skill is tough, but si rewarding because not so far from today it’ll come a time where actual knowledge really matters to clean up up all the AI clickers built.

Your website, product etc will eventually get havked and you will pay a massive funds in AI credits to fix it, versis hiring an engineer who can spot the problem and fix it in record time.

I just started a new job. And it changed how I think about trust.

Most workplaces treat you like a child. Clock in. Clock out. Justify every decision. Someone’s always checking if you’re actually working.

This place is different. No one cares when I arrive. No one’s watching the clock. What they care about is did you deliver? Did you figure it out? Did you bring your best?

And because of that trust… I do. Every single time.”

That’s when I realised trust isn’t given to people who’ve proven nothing. It’s given to people who’ve already shown they don’t need managing.

The best relationships work, business, anything — are built on that.

If you’re still chasing people to get things done… maybe it’s not a deadline problem. Maybe it’s a trust problem.

Lesson 32 - Why website redesigns almost never happen

I’ve been trying to get back to the gym, but I kept saying “I can’t find time.”

Then I actually wrote out my day:
- Dog walk: 8am
- Work: 9-17
- MAYPACT: 18-22
- Relax: 22-00

When I saw it on paper, the answer was obvious. Cut MAYPACT by 2 hours and there’s my gym time.

Here’s what this taught me about website projects:

Most biz owners I talk to say “we need a new website” but then… nothing happens for 6-12 months.

Not because they don’t have time. Because they haven’t scheduled it.

They’re waiting for a magical week when everything clears up. That week never comes.

The firms that actually launch new websites? They block the time:
- Week 1: Initial call (1 hour)
- Week 2-3: Review designs (30 mins each)
- Week 4: Final approval (1 hour)
- Week 5-6: I build everything

Total time investment: about 3 hours spread over 6 weeks.

🤘🏼The lesson:
Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Schedule what matters. The right time is when you make the time.
Same goes for my gym routine. Same goes for your website.

I am soo guilty of this.

Soo many times have I lied, lied and lied to myself.

I’m gonna do this, that or it. Eventually you reach a point when you had enough.

You are ready to see what’s been waiting for you.

Your business will not grow without you and you will noy grow without actions.

Whether it’s launching the business, opening a website, running Instagram business IT DOES NOT MATTER.

For as long as you actually do what you said you will do.

Every single person looks at your different when they know your YES means YES even when the time is rough.

Truth to be told I didn’t plan to post this video today, but also I didn’t make time tocrecord what I wanted to SO to preach what I do is to post anything and make the most of it because I said I need to post today.

This isn’t a secret formula. You just haven’t thought about it this way.

If you are selling an accounting service or maybe you’re a great lawyer whose website brings no revenue at all.

There is a reason for this, a pretty straight forward one.

Your website is a template. Classic content like “Divorce lawyer in Texas” and similar

No one cares about this, you and hundred of others do the same thing.

Who pays more in ads will get in front but what about those who can not afford ads all the time.

You need your content to hurt the pain point.

You need to create ypur first ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

And it’s not the typical guidelines you need to follow as many state, you gotta work it from your own angle.

Truly see where your customers hurt and only then add the angle how their pain + benefit of working with you gets them to where they want to go.

Classic AI copy paste text won’t do anything. I tried all the ways and am still trying some to see what ideally works for me.

I do this for a living, Client from Switzerland earned extra 4k ARR because he let me redo their website.

Website is a tool nothing more, CONTENT is what gets you where you need to be.

Buidling the business especially solo is very demanding, thoughts all over the place, the urge to do big things in small amount of time.. I get it all.

Just understand that your business goes nowhere without you.

And you won’t go anywhere if you only focus on you and your life, there are others who need your support.

Font compression is something only 1% of agencies actually do, tue real professionals.

You won’t see this in everyday websites because quite frankly they are being built by folks who have no clue how profitsble saving each kilobyte is on the website.

Fonts are often the biggest bottleneck for most sites and this very simple fix actually fixes your issue, now you can go wild with fonts, but don’t over-do it.

Stay fonty!

Week I - Monday. Boring video but bare with me.

I’m struggling with the realisation that building a website is immediately a bunch load of tasks rather than just one.

With each website remodel you have to think about/
- Speed
-Security
- Your ICP, ideal customer profile
- And more

I’m rebuilding my website right now and creating an offer, writing content towards my ICP is real piece of work but for the first time ever I’ll be pleased when I am done.

My approach and with that an offer is not for everyone but those that I work with truly get a unique profitable experience.
