Last week, we traded our desks for fresh mountain air and spent a few days together in Divčibare, continuing a tradition that has become an important part of our company culture.
 
A team building is about much more than getting away from the office. It’s an opportunity to slow down, recharge, connect with colleagues outside of our daily routines, and strengthen the relationships that make collaboration so rewarding. 
 
We’re especially happy to have continued this tradition once again. Moments like these help build trust, strengthen team spirit, and create connections that extend far beyond the workplace.

Last week, we had the opportunity to attend another great MuleSoft Meetup event in Novi Sad. As always, the meetup brought an excellent combination of technical topics, knowledge sharing, and quality networking among industry professionals.

MuleSoft Meetup events are much more than regular tech gatherings — they are a place where professionals exchange real project experiences, discuss current challenges, and explore the latest trends within the MuleSoft ecosystem. Events like these play an important role in strengthening the local IT community and enable professionals to learn from one another through practical examples and open discussions.

During this meetup, we had the chance to hear the latest updates, get introduced to the Agent Fabric concept, and discuss strategies for migrating large datasets through MuleSoft architecture.

Our colleagues also delivered a presentation where, through practical use cases, they showcased the challenges of large dataset migrations and provided an excellent overview of architectural decision-making between CloudHub, on-premise, and customer-hosted solutions.

Beyond the outstanding technical sessions, the meetup once again demonstrated how valuable networking, knowledge sharing, and community are for the growth and development of every IT professional. 👏

As we do every year, we wrapped up the year with our annual meeting, taking time to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and to outline our plans and goals for the year ahead.

The retrospective once again showed strong progress across the company, with growth that exceeded our expectations made possible by the knowledge, dedication, and collaboration of our entire team.

A special part of the meeting was dedicated to recognizing our people. Through an internal vote, colleagues selected the Colleague of the Year based on the values we nurture at TIAC, while management also presented a Colleague of the Year award in recognition of outstanding contribution.

We also took the opportunity to honor colleagues who have been part of TIAC for a full decade. Their long-term commitment, consistency, and impact deserve special recognition, and the awards presented were a small token of our appreciation for all the years spent growing together.

The annual meeting was a reminder of how far we’ve come and a strong foundation for moving forward, together.

As every year, we organized Secret Santa at the office, and once again it proved that the small things are often the most fun. 🎅🏽🌲

There was plenty of laughter, surprises, and a few creative choices that will definitely be remembered. A great atmosphere and one more reason to laugh together and head into the holidays in a good mood.
