It was so nice to see you all again and say Happy New Year in person.
Our goal with every event is simple:
to help you connect, share, and take something valuable with you,
all within the relaxed atmosphere that defines our team.

We read articles, gathered insights, and revisited some of our favourite films.
This break felt like the right moment to share them, especially if you haven’t seen them yet.

What we love is how one art form blends into another, creating stories that stay with us.
Architecture and cinema are both deeply human-centred arts, shaped by society, culture, and the way we live.

Form, scale, light, and colour influence mood and often guide the direction of a story more than words do.

This is only a small selection, but a good place to start watching films a little differently.

A house that feels like it stepped out of a film.

Recently awarded by Domus, this project is built around a clear grid structure and a monolithic concrete shell.

Carefully placed openings frame the landscape like cinematic cut-outs, while an inner volume unfolds into courtyards, passages, and light-filled rooms.

Quiet geometry, precise colour, and light shaping everyday rituals.

Well done to the entire team.

Dream Tower in Limassol is now reaching completion, a new addition to the coastline and one of the city’s latest landmarks.

Today we hosted our event in our new home.
We decided to combine networking with learning something new, and we had the chance to walk through the history of this place and discover more about it. A big thank you to our guest, Marios Antoniou, for the guided story.

We also tested a new networking format:
alongside the classic 1:1s, we introduced round tables with different specialties, aiming to create balance and help everyone meet as many professionals as possible in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.

The feedback was truly rewarding!

As I discussed with many of you today, new things are coming, and this was just the beginning.

Can’t wait to show the rest of you the new initiatives.

We have a new home and we’re really happy about it!💚

Come visit us and see in person how this building managed to keep its original character while becoming fully functional again.

📍 CYENS – Centre of Excellence, Nicosia

A space where history meets innovation, and where Bolsterup now lives.

💡 Fun facts (because every building has a story):

🏗️ It still has parts of its original 1965 concrete structure, built to last longer than your average Wi-Fi connection.

🌞 The light that fills the hall today comes through the same skylights that once brightened the market stalls.

🎨 Before its restoration, the hall became a temporary home for artists and creatives, proof that inspiration has always had a place here.
