Recently, our leaders took part in the workshop ‘Respect, Boundaries and Leadership Responsibility in Practice’, led by Pavel Houdek from Moderní sebeobrana.
As we know, they don’t just deliver results, they also shape the environment our colleagues work in every day. That’s why we consider this topic so important.🤝
The goal wasn’t theory, but to look at real situations our leaders may face and better understand:
💡 where the ‘grey zones’ are,
💡 why something that feels harmless to one person might not feel that way to another,
💡 and how to react when something doesn’t feel right.
