CzechTourism at IMEX Frankfurt 2026

Building on a successful concept, evolving for the future.

Following the successful launch of our four-year exhibition concept, CzechTourism returned to IMEX Frankfurt 2026 with an enhanced stand design that continues to celebrate Czechia's unique identity, sustainable values, and innovative approach to destination marketing.

Designed to be both welcoming and adaptable, the stand once again showcased Czechia as the heart of Europe—a place where tradition, culture, and modern business opportunities come together.

Key features of the 2026 stand:

🔸 The signature suspended wooden structure remained the visual centerpiece of the booth, symbolizing connection, openness, and Czechia's central position within Europe.

🔸 Illuminated graphic elements created a strong visual impact while highlighting the country's rich cultural heritage and diverse tourism offerings.

🔸 The iconic hiking signpost, inspired by the Czech trail-marking system, guided visitors through the stand and encouraged them to discover new experiences and destinations.

🔸 Dedicated co-exhibitor counters combined branding opportunities with practical functionality, featuring integrated digital presentations and sustainable solutions for everyday use.

🔸 Comfortable meeting areas, a presentation zone, hospitality facilities, and discreet back-of-house support spaces ensured an efficient and welcoming environment for both exhibitors and visitors throughout the show.

As with the original concept, sustainability remained at the core of the project. The stand was designed as a fully modular and reusable solution, allowing for flexible adaptation across different exhibition venues while minimizing environmental impact and maximizing long-term value.

We are proud to have delivered the CzechTourism exhibition stand at TTG Rimini 2025, presenting the brand in a clean, contemporary and highly engaging environment.

The concept was built around simplicity, openness and strong visual storytelling. By combining natural materials with bold graphic panels and integrated digital content, we created a space that felt both inviting and professional.

Clear zoning allowed for seamless visitor flow, with dedicated areas for meetings, presentations and informal interactions. The use of large-format destination visuals and multimedia elements helped bring the Czech regions to life and encouraged deeper engagement with visitors.

Throughout the event, the stand served as an active hub for tourism professionals, partners and international visitors, reinforcing the Czech Republic’s position as an attractive and diverse destination.

We are pleased to have contributed to this successful presentation and look forward to continuing our collaboration on future international projects.

We had the pleasure of designing and delivering a bespoke exhibition stand for the State Agricultural Intervention Fund at the prestigious Země živitelka 2025 trade fair in České Budějovice.

Our objective was to create a space that would effectively present the quality and diversity of Czech producers. Every aspect of the stand was carefully planned to maximise the use of space, while maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming environment for visitors.

The final design incorporated large-format graphics and strong visual elements, strategically positioned to attract attention and guide visitors naturally through the stand. The result was a well-balanced combination of functionality and visual impact, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.

Throughout the duration of the fair, the stand served as a vibrant meeting point for both industry professionals and members of the public, all keen to explore the offerings of Czech agricultural producers.

We are proud to have been part of such a significant event and look forward to building on this successful collaboration in the future.

Země živitelka is one of the most important agricultural trade fairs in Central Europe, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year. With a tradition spanning over 50 years, the 2025 edition continues to highlight modern agricultural technologies, sustainability and support for local producers, making it a key platform for the Czech agricultural sector.

We are proud to showcase the booth we delivered for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic at Země živitelka 2025, representing the Strategic Plan and the Rural Development Programme. From the very beginning, this was a demanding and complex project that required careful preparation, precise coordination, and high-quality production. The result is an impressive and highly functional exhibition space that successfully combines visual appeal with practical use.

The booth was designed as a large pergola-inspired structure, creating an open and welcoming environment for visitors. It offered comfortable seating areas for relaxation, dedicated meeting spaces for business and professional discussions, communication counters for direct interaction with visitors, and complete facilities to ensure a pleasant experience throughout the event. Every detail was designed to support both functionality and a clear presentation of the client’s message.

Thanks to its thoughtful concept, clean design, and strong overall presence, the booth made an excellent first impression and naturally attracted attention from across the exhibition hall. It is a great example of how creative design and technical ex*****on can come together to create a standout exhibition space.

Part of our in-house capabilities includes our own graphic studio, focused exclusively on graphics for exhibition stands — from large-format graphic design to complete print data preparation and technical adaptation to specific construction systems and materials used in exhibition environments.

Thanks to our in-house printing facilities, we provide textile printing, foil printing, and precision graphic cutting using plotter technology. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, deadlines, and seamless integration with stand installation.

We also operate our own vehicle fleet, meaning we do not rely on external transport providers. This gives us full control over logistics, loading schedules, and on-time delivery of materials directly to the exhibition site — safely, efficiently, and without unnecessary risk.

Our fleet is continuously modernised. We operate modern vehicles and trucks to help reduce operational emissions and improve transport efficiency. We primarily rely on Volvo trucks and passenger and commercial vehicles from Volkswagen Group brands.

We recognise that exhibition logistics are demanding — which is why we focus on long-term, responsible decisions, balancing operational efficiency with environmental responsibility.

We provide complete project and office support services — including communication with exhibition organisers, technical documentation, logistics coordination, installation planning, and on-site operational support during the event.
