🏆 Kalkulátor.cz chose Feedyou as their AI platform!

We were shortlisted alongside other AI platforms – and asked to prove ourselves on real traffic, not slides.

The task: take a defined portion of outbound calls from their customer support and sales team and handle them well. In practice, an AI voice agent that calls and qualifies leads, introduces the possibilities of price comparison, and runs on the latest GenAI features and human-like voices – around 1,000 calls a month to start with.

We’re excited to welcome LKQ as our new client. 🥳

LKQ is a leading distributor of automotive spare parts, accessories and workshop equipment, supporting drivers, businesses and automotive service centres globally.

Together, we are preparing an outbound AI voice agent to support LKQ’s campaigns.

The voice agent will proactively contact selected customers, introduce the campaigns and provide relevant information about upcoming events such as roadshows. It will follow a predefined call scenario while also using a dedicated knowledge base to answer questions about the roadshows LKQ and its products – even when the conversation moves beyond the original script.

The most common pattern we see: a project launches well, numbers look good for 90 days, then performance quietly plateaus – or declines. Nobody notices until the contact center starts getting complaints.

The AI assistant operates within the authenticated client zone, where it provides more contextual and personalized support. It helps users navigate the platform, answers questions, and guides them based on their account, activated services, settings, and current activity.

The goal is to make support faster and more relevant while helping Shoptet customers get more value from the platform exactly when they need it.

Jedna konference, dva pohledy na to, jak dnes AI mění zákaznickou péči. 🤖

Společně se SentiSquare jsme v prostorách Scott.Weber Workspace uspořádali naši dosud největší konferenci zaměřenou na AI agenty a pokročilou analytiku zákaznických interakcí.

Program jsme rozdělili do dvou hlavních bloků.

🎙️ Feedyou & Shoptet: AI agenti v zákaznické péči

Společně se zástupci Shoptetu jsme představili jejich cestu k automatizaci zákaznické podpory – od prvotního rozhodování a výběru technologického partnera až po reálné fungování AI agentů v každodenním provozu.

Ukázali jsme také, kam se posouvají naše Voice AI řešení a jak nový Feedyou Wizard System umožňuje nasadit jednodušší AI scénáře během několika minut, bez nutnosti technických nebo konverzačních AI znalostí.

📊 SentiSquare & Raiffeisenbank: AI analytika v praxi

Druhý blok se zaměřil na využití jazykových modelů při analýze zákaznických interakcí, zvyšování kvality kontaktního centra a automatizaci compliance kontrol.

Raiffeisenbank představila konkrétní výsledky své práce s analytikou – včetně zvýšení metriky First Contact Resolution o 7 % během prvních šesti týdnů a využití AI při kontrole investičních hovorů podléhajících regulaci MiFID II.
