Most AI tools require a human in the loop. Someone reviews the draft. Someone approves the action. Someone checks the output before it goes anywhere.

That’s not an agent. That’s assisted manual work. Revolgy builds agents that log into existing software, follow the company’s rules, and complete multi-step workflows without hand-holding.

The refund gets processed. The CRM gets updated. The ticket gets routed. Nobody checked in the middle.

The difference isn’t the model. It’s whether the workflow was mapped and the integrations were built. That’s the part most vendors skip.

Your team needs to understand a new market. A competitor. A regulation. The background research takes most of a day — tabs, documents, cross-referencing, a summary that takes another hour to write.

NotebookLM lets you upload the sources and ask questions across all of them at once. It cites its answers. It surfaces contradictions between documents.

It can turn a pile of research material into a structured briefing.
The day doesn’t disappear.
But the part that was search-and-synthesis becomes an hour.

Most teams look at cloud spend after it happens.

The bill arrives. The review meeting happens.

The question is always the same: why did this go up?

Revolgy’s FinOps approach uses ARIMA_PLUS forecasting on billing data (the same statistical modelling used in financial forecasting) to predict where spend is heading before the month closes.

Anomalies surface before the end-of-quarter review. The conversation shifts from ‘what happened’ to ‘here’s what’s coming.’

Retroactive FinOps finds waste. Predictive FinOps prevents it.

The meeting ran 47 minutes. The decisions were made in the last eight.

Gemini in Google Meet transcribes as you go, generates a summary when the call ends, extracts action items, and sends them to whoever needs them.

The 47 minutes still happen. But the output (the notes, the follow-ups, the decisions) doesn’t take another hour to produce afterward.

The teams that adopt this first stop asking whether it’s worth using. They start asking why every meeting didn’t work this way.

Your 2-step verification is on. That’s not the same as being secure.

SMS codes can be intercepted. SIM swapping (where an attacker convinces a carrier to transfer your number to their device) takes a phone call and some social engineering.

SS7 vulnerabilities let attackers intercept text messages at the network level without touching the phone.

Your 2FA code arrives. They get it first. This isn’t theoretical. It’s a known attack vector, and SMS is the weakest form of 2-step verification in use.

Google Authenticator. Hardware keys. Passkeys. Any of these closes the gap SMS leaves open.

Someone left in February. Their Enterprise license is still active in June.

Now multiply that by a 500-person company with 20% annual turnover. That’s roughly 100 departures a year, each one a license that should have been cancelled on day one and probably wasn’t cancelled for weeks, sometimes months.

The math gets uncomfortable fast.

This isn’t a hypothetical inefficiency.
It’s a specific number sitting in your SaaS spend right now, and it’s the kind of finding that gets forwarded from one Finance leader to another with the subject line “did we check this.”

Your Ops manager already knows which reports could be automated. They’ve known for months.

They just don’t know where to start, so the manual process keeps running, week after week, because starting feels harder than continuing.

What does “I’ll get to that someday” actually cost? Multiply one report, every week, by fifty-two. Then multiply that by every report nobody’s gotten around to. The number is bigger than anyone expects, and it’s sitting inside hours that already happened.

Finance asks why costs went up. Engineering says nothing changed.

Both are right.

Nothing changed. The same idle environment, the same forgotten staging server, the same over-provisioned instance from a project that shipped two years ago, all still running, all still billing. Nobody added anything. Nobody has to, for the number to keep climbing.

Most teams try to cut the bill before they understand what’s actually inside it. That’s backwards. You can’t optimize what you can’t see, and most finance teams are negotiating with a number they don’t fully understand.

Open your IAM page. Count how many people have Owner access on a production project.

Now ask how many of them still need it.

Most teams can't answer that. Roles get granted during a migration, an incident, or because someone asked on Slack and it was faster to say yes. They never get revoked. Three years later, a developer who left is still in the system. A contractor has Editor access on a project they finished in Q4. A test account from an old integration has permissions nobody remembers approving.

This isn't malicious. It's drift. But drift is how breaches happen — and how audits fail. When a DORA or SOC 2 review arrives and you have no access history, no continuous compliance log, and no clear answer for who can do what, the gap between "we thought we were fine" and "we have a problem" closes very fast.

Identity isn't a one-time setup. It's a maintenance task that nobody assigns.

Nothing changed. That's the problem.

An idle environment nobody noticed running for six months. A staging server promoted to prod and forgotten. A license for a person who left the company in February. A BigQuery job running every hour. Nobody knows why.

Finance asks why costs went up. Engineering says nothing changed. Both are right.

The bill isn't lying. You just can't see what's inside it. Cutting the number is the easy part once you know what you're actually running. Most teams don't know. They find out when the invoice arrives and work backwards from there.

We build visibility first. Cost follows.
