As many of you, over the last few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic as well and noticed the many freelancers in financial need. Especially in times like these, we think that solidarity is of the utmost importance. For this reason we decided not to take any commission on our platform www.MyHelpBuddy.com anymore making it completely free for all buddies from now on until the situation gets better. Stay safe everyone!

As of last Friday, like many other startups, our team at MyHelpBuddy turned on the “ -office” mode in order to help flattening the curve of and to support easing the burden on our health care system.

With “ -work” being actually pretty normal in the startup scene nowadays, it is indeed strange not to feel the energy which usually goes around within the team anymore. However, with our daily ‘ -ins’ and ‘ -outs’ we have meetings every time we start the day and end the day to keep each other not only updated but also to keep the spirit alive!

MyHelpBuddy was taking part at the Road to START Summit Pitch by START Berlin at Signals last week and after pitching for 3min among 7 other startups, we won the award!

We are grateful to announce that MyHelpBuddy has made it into the TOP 50 startups at the Gründerwettbewerb - Digitale Innovationen by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
