We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our marketing activities across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across different channels
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, and performance tracking
Create and manage content for social media platforms
Work closely with the graphic design team to prepare marketing visuals, ads, presentations, and campaign materials
Take initiative in preparing marketing plans, campaign ideas, and content calendars
Execute marketing plans and follow up on implementation
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities
Help improve the company’s digital presence and brand visibility
Requirements:
Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and email marketing
Strong English writing and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with designers, sales teams, and management
Good planning, organization, and reporting skills
Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into practical marketing actions
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow up on tasks
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, CRM tools, or ChatGPT is a plus
