Reflecting on a month of impact with the Zalando Women’s Network, it’s clear that March was defined by the collective energy of empowerment and advocacy.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Zalando’s Women’s Network hosted 12 events designed to elevate the woman behind the professional. From public speaking masterclasses and workshops to grounding wellbeing sessions and community movement, our community came together to unlock potential and challenge the status quo.

None of this would be possible without the dedication of the Zalando Women’s Network’s volunteers and fellow ERGs. Their passion is the engine of the network, driving the visibility and growth that make the community so dynamic.

Confidence is built through community.

To tackle ‘gymtimidation,’ the Zalando Women’s Network hosted a collective workout session in our Zalando Gym for FLINTA* colleagues to build strength and familiarity in a supportive, judgement-free zone.

Led by personal trainer and ALBA Basketball star Stefi Grigoleit-Zampieri, the event focused on getting comfortable with the equipment and connecting with new workout partners.

'For me, Black History Month is...'

In honour of Black History Month 2026, Zalando’s Black Employee Connection (BEC) asked 13 of its members to complete this sentence in their own words. Their responses reflect the breadth of experiences, perspectives and connections within the global Black diaspora.

Zalando’s BEC Employee Resource Group has over 100 members across the organisation, and was founded and organised by our Black employees. The purpose of the BEC is to “provide a safe space for Black employees to celebrate and empower Zalando’s Black community through the amplification of Black voices, the advancement of Black excellence, and by driving inclusion and sustainable change within Zalando.”
