Twinsity

Twinsity Twinsity is the digital twin inspection platform for industrial and infrastructure assets. twinsity.com

It brings your captured data and 3D models together in one place, so you can record findings and turn a finished inspection into a report.

The safest inspection is the one nobody had to climb for.

Rope access and scaffolding still have their place, and some structures need hands on them. But a lot of time at height is spent looking rather than touching, and looking is the part that can move.

Once a structure has been captured and modelled, the assessment happens at a desk. At your own pace, without a harness, and without the weather deciding when you stop.

The structure still gets inspected properly. Just with fewer people hanging off it.

Teams capture and model with their own tools. Twinsity takes what comes out and turns it into structured observations and a report your client can act on.

Prove nothing was missed.

Capturing a structure is the part most inspection teams have well handled. What you are left holding afterwards is the part that still causes trouble.

A piece in the trade press last week argued that the value in inspection is shifting toward holding a record you can compare against the last one, rather than toward running more surveys.

A survey tells you what a structure looked like that day. A record tells you whether anything has changed, and lets you show how you got there.

Teams capture with their own drones and their own software. Twinsity takes what comes out and turns it into structured observations and a report that still reads years later.

Prove nothing was missed.

Vejle Kommune inspects its own building roofs. Their GIS department worked out how to do it without a crane.

The flying was never the slow part. Poul-Henrik Oxlund Skræ, a 3D Specialist and drone pilot in the GIS department, watched building inspectors work through drone images one at a time, looking for damaged tiles. Getting the images was straightforward. Going through them was not.

He also did not want to hand those inspectors a new piece of software to learn. So he put the drone data into Twinsity as a 3D model they open in a browser.

The workflow now runs like this. The buildings team requests an inspection. Poul-Henrik flies it and processes the data. The inspectors open the model, locate the problem areas themselves, and produce the report from it.

They tried it first on their own office building, a roof complicated enough that inspecting it the traditional way would have meant crane access across several days.

"Empowering inspectors with intuitive drone-powered 3D digital twins, turning complex inspections into simple, efficient workflows."
Poul-Henrik Oxlund Skræ, 3D Specialist, GIS Department, Vejle Municipality

Thanks to Poul-Henrik and the team at Vejle for letting us tell it.

If you have not had a look yet, the new Twinsity takes about two minutes to see.

A faster, clearer way to run an inspection, from your first click to the finished report. The right image surfaced when you click a point. An Observations panel built for large sets. And an Observation Profile Builder that takes the standards your team already works to and puts them in the software.

Inspecting is hard enough. The software should be the easy part.

Two minutes, and you will know whether it changes your week.

An asset outlives the people who inspected it.

That is the argument for one record rather than a folder of images, a report in someone's inbox, and a memory of what was checked three years ago.

The new Twinsity puts your users, workspaces, projects and Observation Profiles in one clear view, so the history of a structure sits in one place and stays readable long after the job. Every observation carries its images, its Observation Class and the fields your team records against it.

And it is built for everyone who touches an inspection, not only the specialists. The person who receives the results is often not a technical one, so it is made clear for them too.

Prove nothing was missed.

Clients do not hire a drone service provider for the flight. They hire one for what the flight tells them.

The new Twinsity makes that second half the part you are known for. Take what you captured, turn it into observations a client can read and act on, and hand over something that looks like a professional inspection rather than a folder of images.

And the person who opens it is often not a technical one. It is built to be clear for them too, so what you deliver does the explaining for you.

Faster to produce, and it holds up when someone asks how you reached it.

Prove nothing was missed.

For engineering and consulting teams, the slow part was never the survey. It was everything after it.

The new Twinsity shortens that stretch. Work through observations in groups and filters instead of one long list. Handle a whole batch at once rather than one at a time. Build the report with section views for clarity, and share it with your team or your client without leaving the platform.

And the structure stays yours. Whatever your client standard or your internal quality assurance asks for, replicate it in the Observation Profile Builder and keep delivering exactly what you deliver today. Your standards, not ours.

The work is hard enough. The software should not be.

The new Twinsity is here.

The biggest update to Twinsity since launch. A faster, clearer way to run an inspection, from your first click to the finished report.

The Observation Profile Builder. Every inspection team already has its own set of questions it asks about what it finds, whether that comes from a client standard or your own quality assurance. Take the form you use in the field now and replicate it here. Your standards, not ours.

A new projects home. Your users, workspaces, projects and Observation Profiles in clear view, with customers added at organisation, workspace or project level. Less hunting, more doing.

The right image, right when you need it. Click a point and the images come to you. Zoom into a detail and switching between shots of the same defect holds that view, so you can judge the best one in seconds.

An Observations panel built for real jobs. Folders, filters, multi select and bulk actions, and one detail panel that holds everything about an observation.

And the AI does the detecting, you do the deciding. It surfaces potential observations for you to review and confirm, so you start from something rather than a blank page. Every image reviewed.

Prove nothing was missed.

Twinsity has a new look. Same team, same mission: helping inspection teams find more, work faster, and prove nothing was missed. A refreshed identity to match where we are heading. And tomorrow, a new platform to go with it. See it all, 4 August.

An inspection is a moment. An asset is a lifetime.

The value of a good inspection record usually shows up years later, when someone asks what condition a structure was in, and whether anything was missed. Keeping every inspection in one place, in high resolution, means you can go back and compare what you are seeing now against what you saw last cycle.

Inspect faster, catch problems earlier, prove nothing was missed.
