Over the past months, we successfully kicked off our collaboration with on their major website relaunch.
The mission: Pivot to a clear, powerful B2B platform for merchants.
Together we developed a strategic B2B2C design with a refreshed branding, crafting clear pathways for both merchants and end customers. The new website powerfully highlights Ratepay’s key differentiators: customized white-label solutions, 15 years of industry expertise, and proprietary data protection.
We are excited about the successful launch and eagerly anticipate continuing our trusted partnership!

January felt like a whole year, so we figured we deserved a proper New Year’s Kickoff 🎊 !

We celebrated the beginning of 2026 with an amazing Labdayy in Cologne, followed by a party that was just the cherry on top 🥂.

Big news at DAYY® 🥳

As we keep growing, we’re shaping our leadership team for the next chapter:
Robin Gurski and Oliver Ecker as Co-CEOs, Katrin Ostermayer joins as COO, and Bernhard Probst as CFO.

Since she joined DAYY®, Katrin quickly became one of the cornerstones of our operations and brings structure, empathy, and positivity to everything she does. She’s currently taking a well-deserved break on maternity leave (back in May ❤️), but her impact is felt every day.

Bernhard adds his deep experience in agency finance to the management team, combining financial clarity with genuine care for the team and how we grow together.

We couldn’t be happier to have these two incredible (and genuinely kind) people on board.

We Just Did a Thing... 🏆

We’ve been named Agency of the Year at the 2025 🚀!

This win is a huge shout-out to our incredible team and the clients who trust us with their projects. We were up against over 2,700 other agencies and judged on more than 500 criteria.

Our hard work paid off, and the results are pretty wild: With an overall score of 9.2, it’s the highest in the field. This award belongs to all of us. Thank you for making achievements like this possible 🫶!

We just got back from our annual Offsite. Feeling refreshed, inspired & full of new ideas ✨!

This year took us to the beautiful, green heart of Austria: the Steiermark. Surrounded by forests, crystal-clear rivers and breathtaking mountain views, we stayed at with cozy tiny homes for each one of us and open spaces to work, connect and unwind 🌿🏔️.

To shake things up a bit, we also went rafting on the Salza River. A fun little adventure that brought fresh energy and a little thrill to the relaxing vibes.

So thankful for this week –
and even more for the amazing people we get to call our team 💚!

In the past few months, dayy has grown and reached many new places—from Hamburg to Barcelona, to of course, Berlin!
Our Berlin-based team has been on the rise over the last few months, and we wanted to ensure they had a space to gather, collaborate, and get creative.
is set to be the perfect backdrop for this. It offers unique workspaces that our Berlin fellows get to use and discover, providing them with flexible locations around the city, and giving them access to fitness studios, courses, workshops, and more.
We can’t wait to see all the cool projects and opportunities that will come out of our Berlin spot.
