As a professional web and apps developer since like 20+ years I learned and accepted very important wisdom. Not using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot (and chat) for really complex coding projects is just the same level of masochism and stupidity as not using the elevator available when your job is to bring a lot of very heavy stuff on floor 25. Sure you can do it, but it is not smart.
Using those tools helped me do one week worth of very complex coding in just one day under pressure and not lose my temper and not burn out.
The tools are there, it would be stupid to not use them when needed.
