Some records deserve a different arm.

The Fortissimo is an external tonearm base for the Viella and Viella Forte: CNC-milled from solid aluminum, engineered to hold a second tonearm without introducing the compromises that usually come with that decision.

The logic is simple: different cartridges track differently. Having the right arm for the record on the platter is not an upgrade. It is the correct approach.

Fortissimo makes it possible without touching what already works.

Viella × 12JT × Copper – A Statement in Copper

The Viella paired with the 12JT tonearm is already a system built around mechanical truth: Stable bearing, precise tracking, nothing left to chance. The copper record clamp adds one more layer of physical contact between the record and the platter. Tighter coupling. Less movement. More of what was cut into the groove.

The aesthetic follows the same logic. Nothing added for appearance alone.
