OmniWin 2026 is here. Part marking with the REA 32 inkjet marking head – multi-line text and 2D codes.
Traceability does not end at the cutting table. The more information is printed directly on the part, the fewer queries come up in the downstream production steps and the less manual matching is required.
OmniWin now supports the REA 32. It uses 32 nozzles at a nozzle spacing of 4.5 mm, giving a maximum print height of 140 mm. Text is output in one to four lines at heights from 12 mm to 140 mm.
Alongside text, the REA 32 also outputs 2D codes, either QR or Datamatrix. One code carries what several lines of text cannot – order, part number, material and batch in a single mark, on a fraction of the space. And it makes the part scannable. Instead of keying in numbers, your team records the status with a single scan straight into the ERP or MES system – reliable, faster and without transcription errors.
More information on the part, without an extra step on the shop floor.
