Zwischendurch mal keine Software designed, gebaut oder verkauft sondern nen E-LKW gefahren 🤯🤪🚀

Im Rahmen des Fachkreises „Urbaner Lieferverkehr“ der Logistics Initiative Hamburg und zu Gast bei .se durfte unser CEO gestern mal was ganz Neues erleben. Er ist einen eActros 300 von gefahren!

Ein paar Fakten:
- Reichweite: 400km
- Leistung: >400PS
- Preis: EUR 300k 
- Fahrgefühl: klassisch nice wie ein „E Auto“
- Gadgets: Riesige iPads als Rückspiegel

FAZIT: Obwohl das Fahrgefühl echt klasse war, wird wohl trotzdem kein Berufskraftfahrer werden 🥳

Was passiert in der Logistik bez. Elektrifizierung der Flotte?: 
- Aktuell Testen die großen Logistiker wie DACHSER, DHL oder auch ZUFALL logistics group und Nagel-Group mit solchen Fahrzeugen
- Tatsächlich im Regelbetrieb flächendeckend ist es aber (leider) noch keine echte Alternative
- Nicht nur der Anschaffungspreis, sondern auch die zusätzlichen Wartezeiten wegen des Ladens sowie entsprechende Infrastruktur sind eine Herausforderung
- Um mehr Schwung ins Thema zu bekommen, müssten Kunden verstärkt alternative Antriebe „fordern“ und bereit sein sich an den aktuell noch hohen Zusatzkosten zu beteiligen
- Es wurde außerdem über weitere Alternativen zum Diesel-Kraftstoff gesprochen, wie HVO, Wasserstoff und den eHighway
- HVO als Brückentechnologie scheint sinnvoll zu sein
- Der eHighway war (für uns) ne echte Überraschung und sollte IMHO weiter verfolgt werden
- Die Skepsis bei Wasserstoff bleibt groß

WFH or RTO?

While we are a remote-first company with team members in Germany, Rumania, Serbia and Canada, we do have a physical home at the and have a voluntary „team onsite day“ every thursday.

And especially on sunny days, it’s quite a joy to meet colleagues and grab some lunch together. So, while we are definitely more team „WFH“, we also like to meet real people in real life, every once in a while.

Also, enjoying a beer remotely is really more of a corona thing and not really that much fun... So cheers to meeting more people in real life even if it’s not needed „to get the job done“ 🍻

PS: You also won’t realize that you’re running around in the same shorts if you are just „zooming in“ and will definitely miss a good lough 😂
