His major technological focus is on enterprise architectures, mobile systems, and IT security. Oliver has long-term experience in international projects with distributed project teams including near-shoring and off-shoring resources in Ukraine, Russian Federation, and India.
He has several years of experience in building and managing near-shoring teams in Eastern Europe. He has practical experience and know-how regarding modern project management standards as well as classical and agile development processes, e.g. PMI, Rational Unified Process (RUP), Scrum. Furthermore Oliver has gained knowledge and experience in management positions in several corporations and companies. He has expert knowledge in UNIX (AIX, Solaris, BSD), Linux, Java EE as well as integration, migration, and rehosting of mainframe systems (MVS, z/OS, OpenVMS). Especially regarding Linux he is a long time supporter. He spent several years in development of Linux distribution as kernel and system programmer as well as project manager. Oliver is familiar with several Java EE application servers and transaction monitors as well as programming languages. Additional knowledge Oliver has regarding mobile platform since the early days of J2ME. He offers several years of experience and know-how about Java ME, Symbian, Android and iOS. Special knowledge in bank transaction systems, payment systems, and security protocols shows his focus on security and banking systems in the field of computer science. Furthermore he offers services like pe*******on testing and computer forensics. Additionally Oliver is focused in mathematics on cryptography and cryptographic algorithms. Oliver has published over 230 articles in technical journals about computer science and information technologie as well as 6 textbooks in several editions about programming and computer science.
