🔐 What happens during the first 24 hours after a cyberattack?

That was the key question we explored last week together with BDS Leonberg.

Our speakers Nouha Schönbrunn and Jan Schönbrunn shared real-world examples from actual cyber incidents, giving valuable insights into how organizations should respond when facing a cyberattack. They also challenged the audience to think critically about their own preparedness and incident response processes.

💻 One of the highlights of the evening was the live hacking demonstration by Ediz Turcan, showcasing how attackers operate and why preparation, awareness, and resilience are more important than ever.

We are proud to share that S TASC TUN SUARL participated in the Cyber Horizon 2.0 event in Tunisia, where our team Samar Kotti, Sahar Turki and Dr.Afef Ben Saad actively contributed to the Hackathon AI x Cyber as a jury members. The hackathon explored the theme: “AI-Augmented Cyber Defense, but Human Controlled.”

Participants developed innovative solutions aimed at protecting citizens in Tunisian cyberspace, focusing on detecting, analyzing, and responding to social, financial, and psychological threats, while ensuring transparency, data sovereignty, and strong human oversight.

As jury members, we evaluated the projects based on key criteria including human control and explainability, engineering depth and architecture, impact and local relevance, as well as innovation and user experience.

We were impressed by the quality, creativity, and relevance of the solutions presented, reinforcing our commitment to secure, responsible, and human-centric AI.

Special thanks to Molka Chakroun for her on-site support at the event, contributing to S-TASC’s visibility through our booth presence and media engagement.
