Lots of fun and a great atmosphere at the summer party in Malsch!🎉

Last Saturday, we celebrated our summer party with all our employees and their families at an event location close to our headquarters in Malsch.
With a mini golf tournament, DJ, children's tombola, bouncy castle, show dance and water playground, there was plenty on offer for young and old.
We had a lot of fun playing games, eating delicious food, hanging out with colleagues and getting to meet their partners and children!

Many thanks to the colleagues involved in organizing the event.
We are delighted that the event was so well received and that we were able to spend a wonderful day together in bright sunshine. ☀️

Strawberry Season🍓
Today, our employees at our headquarters in Malsch were welcomed with strawberries from a regional strawberry farm.
It's great how a little something can sweeten the day for so many people!

Team Spirit and ambition⚽
The 2024 European Football Championship kicked off a few days ago.
An important sporting event that brings together people from many countries. Just like CTDI!
As an international company with over 20,000 employees, CTDI has also locations in 12 European countries and it is fantastic that all 12 countries have qualified for the championship.
We are proud of our international team and our diverse and multi-cultural company.

CTDI Sibiu celebrated its second anniversary!
Sibiu is situated in Transylvania, the geographical center of Romania.
The branch was established on May 2, 2022 and has developed into a branch with almost 100 employees within two years!
Our Sibiu team is young, highly motivated and has excellent language skills in English, German and Romanian. It provides planning and documentation services for major customers.
To celebrate the anniversary, colleagues from Sibiu along with their families and several staff members from CTDI Bucharest gathered for a joyful garden party.

Vergangene Woche fand ein gemeinsames Azubi-Event in unserer Europazentrale in Malsch statt.
Unsere 13 Auszubildenden hatten großen Spaß daran, drei Tischkicker selbst zusammenzubauen. Anschließend wurde ein spannendes Turnier inklusive Siegerehrung veranstaltet!
Unsere Ausbildungsverantwortlichen Stefan Kistner und Hannelore Vogel sowie VP HR Daniel Fischer und Branch Manager Andreas Volland waren ebenfalls mit von der Partie.
Die Tischkicker sind ab sofort in den Pausenräumen am Standort Malsch zu finden.

We are celebrating the 10th anniversary of CTDI Belgium!!! 👏🏻

CTDI Courcelles (Belgium) was founded in 2014 to provide refurbishment and repair services to Proximus' CPE devices. Proximus is the largest and historical carrier in Belgium.
Since then, CTDI Belgium added more services for example the Mobile and insurance repair as well as the trade-in of used phones.

In 10 years, we refurbished over 5 Million modems, decoders and accessories resulting in a scope 3 CO2 reduction of +90k tons by avoiding to purchase new CPE's.
CTDI Belgium is proud to support Proximus in their circular strategy.

Congratulations and a big thank you to our Managing Director Thierry Coulon and his great team in Courcelles for the successful development of CTDI Belgium.

A sincere thank you to Entra for the collaboration - because of you we are able to achieve our goals in a socially responsible way by working together with more than 100 employees.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
Exciting visit by our CEO Dieter Hollenbach to our Supply Team in their new logistics and Operations Center in Karlsruhe-Hagsfeld.
CTDI supports telecommunications companies in modernizing their networks. This includes the roll out of new technologies as well as the return, refurbishment and remarketing of surplus and used network equipment.
Extending the life cycle of electronic devices protects the environment and saves millions of euros. Used mobile radio transmitters and receivers are a good example of this. CTDI has refurbished and remarketed more than 25,000 of these devices in the last 12 months.
Many thanks to Pascal Klettenheimer and his international Supply Team for the excellent service and great business development. The growth of almost 40% in the last year is impressive and a positive trend for the increasing use of refurbished telecommunication devices.

Yesterday, our 25 European branches celebrated the 49th anniversary of our company which was founded in 1975.
To celebrate this special day, all our employees spent some time together enjoying delicious cake and other nice treats.

CTDI is an innovation leader in design, development and construction of automated high-performance testers.
Our engineering team in Malsch developed a new modular test system for payment terminals.
It's impressive to see how automation drives consistently high quality, shorter lead times and lower costs.

CTDI celebrates International Women’s Day!

Branch Manager Andreas Volland, accompanied by our Branch Ambassador Christine Kühn, made his way around our headquarters in Malsch to present each woman with a rose.
The gesture was very well received and brought a smile to our CTDI women’s faces – a great campaign!

At CTDI, we stand for a corporate culture in which everyone feels comfortable and valued every day.

We are celebrating the 15th anniversary of CTDI Milan!!!

It all started in 2009 with the foundation of our first subsidiary in Italy and one employee in Milan.
Today, CTDI Italy has operations in Milan and Rome and serves the leading telecom companies in Italy with engineering, logistics and repair services.

Congratulations and a big thank you to our Managing Director Davide Schmid and his great team in Milan for the successful development in Milan and a special thank you to Maurizio Montagna, our first employee and longtime Managing Director of CTDI Italy.
And above all, thank you to our wonderful customers and partners for their trust and successful cooperation.

CTDI bietet attraktive Ausbildungsplätze!

Um junge Menschen für eine Ausbildung bei CTDI zu begeistern, haben wir in Zusammenarbeit mit der Industrie- und Handelskammer Karlsruhe eine weitere Bildungspartnerschaft „Wirtschaft macht Schule“ mit der Schillerschule in Ettlingen gestartet. Eine solche Partnerschaft besteht bereits mit der Hans-Thoma-Schule in Malsch und wir haben bisher sehr positive Erfahrungen damit gemacht.
Sie ermöglicht den Schülern gute Einblicke in die technischen Kompetenzen und Dienstleistungen eines globalen Hightech-Unternehmens.

Unser CTDI Branch Manager aus Malsch, Andreas Volland, war diese Woche gemeinsam mit unserem Ausbildungsleiter Stefan Kistner zur Vertragsunterzeichnung vor Ort.

Für CTDI ist die Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen eine großartige Möglichkeit, junge Talente frühzeitig für das Unternehmen zu gewinnen.
Unsere Mitarbeiter sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Deshalb hat die Ausbildung und Förderung von Mitarbeitern bei CTDI einen hohen Stellenwert.
