Das Jahr neigt sich dem Ende zu und wir möchten gerne beleuchten, was wir in 2016 mit Lale erreicht haben. Hier sind ein paar unserer Kennzahlen:
Wir haben nun 15 aktive Helferkreise in unserem Produktionssystem mit insgesamt 374 registrierten Helfern. Das hört sich nicht besonders viel an, es ist aber ein guter Start und wir freuen uns über die enge Beziehung zu diesen Pionieren, die uns bei der weiteren Verbesserung der Plattform helfen. Wir haben über 28.000 Seitenaufrufe und 3.277 Emails wurden von Lale für die Organisation der Aufgaben innerhalb der Helferkreise versandt. Unsere Emails wurden zu über 60% gelesen und bei fast 30% wurde auch auf den Aktions-Button geklickt - das ist eine tolle Quote!
Unsere Webseite lale.help hatte fast 4.000 Besucher aus der ganzen Welt. Unser YouTube Kanal mit den Tutorials hatte 459 Aufrufe, was uns zeigt, dass diese Form des Trainings angefragt wird. Wir haben 11 Rundschreiben in Deutsch und Englisch an 140 Abonnenten versandt. Zudem haben wir über 1.000 Kontakte zu Helferkreisen gehabt, um Lale dort vorzustellen. Unsere Antwortrate war über 10% und derzeit probieren 75 Gruppen Lale in unserem Demo-System.
In 2017 hoffen wir noch mehr Helferkreise zu erreichen, unsere Anzahl an Kunden im Produktionssystem deutlich zu erhöhen und vor allem die so wichtige Arbeit der Flüchtlingshilfe und Integration weiter zu erleichtern.

As the year winds down, it is time to look at what we have accomplished with Lale in 2016. Here are some stats worth sharing:
We have a total of 15 helper circles actively using Lale in production, with a total of 374 registered helpers. While this does not seems like a huge number, it is a good start and we have strong relationships to our users which help us improve our platform. We have over 28,000 page views and 3277 emails were sent by Lale. Our emails are opened at a rate of over 60% and helpers click the action button almost 30% of the time, which is great!
Our website lale.help attracted almost 4,000 visitors from all over the world. Our YouTube channel had 459 views of the tutorials, which shows that this form of training is helpful to our users. We have sent out 11 newsletters in German and English to our 140 subscribers. More so, we have research over 1,000 contacts of helper circles in Germany and reached our to them to see if Lale could be helpful. Our response rate is over 10% and we have more than 75 groups working in our demo system right now.
In 2017 we hope to expand our reach to more helper circles, add more and more production customers and provide lasting help in the important field of refugee aid and integration.
