At intertec.io, growth happens when people learn from each other and turn individual experience into shared knowledge.
Last week marked the first session of our internal .NET Knowledge Sharing Series, hosted by our colleague Kristijan Prematarov.
The topic was OpenTelemetry, with a practical look at observability, monitoring, trace context propagation, metrics, and dashboarding through tools such as Grafana and Azure Application Insights.
Sessions like this reflect the culture we continue to build at Intertec: a team that learns together, shares openly, and supports each other’s growth.
Everyone has something valuable to share, and creating space for that exchange helps us grow stronger as a team.

We’re proud to be #𝟏 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝!

At Intertec, we believe knowledge sharing should do more than explain technology. It should show how we think, how we approach challenges, and how we turn technical expertise into practical value.

That is exactly what Borjan Trajanoski’s recent session, “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐈 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 & 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫,” showcased.

The session focused on a real challenge: building custom apps and demo experiences can be slow, costly, and hard to scale when large amounts of content need to be handled manually.

Borjan showed how an AI-native pipeline can change that. By combining AI agents, automated testing, custom Python tools, Flutter, and a structured workflow, the team built a way to turn raw content into a white-labeled demo app with much less manual work.

The numbers made the impact clear. In one demo, the pipeline processed over 𝟑,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 and generated 𝟒𝟎𝟎+ 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 in a single day. Work that would normally take more than 𝟒 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 and cost over $𝟑,𝟎𝟎𝟎 was done through an AI-driven workflow powered by a $𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The same approach was used to strengthen the platform itself, with AI agents working overnight to reach 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 through more than 𝟐,𝟕𝟎𝟎 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬.

For us, this is what innovation should look like: using technology in a practical way to solve real challenges and create meaningful results.

The Smart Manufacturing Excellence & Connected Worker Summit confirmed one thing: we’re all tired of hearing about what’s coming. We need to talk about what is actually working right now.

Dimitar Siljanovski, Borche Ilioski, and Kristina Jandrevska spent the week digging past the buzzwords to find the operational reality.

Three key takeaways from the summit:

🔹 Everyone is talking about “the future.” Still, the most useful conversations we had were about the problems we face right now and how to make automation safer, faster, and more reliable.

🔹 Everyone mentions the AI projects that succeed, but no one talks about the 95% that fail to scale. We’re focused on the 95%, the difficult work of making tech survive in a real production environment.

🔹 The testing phase is behind us. What matters now is making these systems work smoothly with how your team and ERP already operate.

Yesterday at the Smart Manufacturing Excellence Summit in Munich, our CEO Dimitar Siljanovski shared something we’ve seen in real projects again and again: at enterprise level, modernization is rarely a tech problem.
It’s a people problem.

When you’re transforming systems that have been around for a decade, you aren’t just rewriting code. You’re also working through years of experience and habits, while trying to close the gap between the people who use the system every day and the teams responsible for improving it.

The companies that actually succeed at this don’t just try to go fast. They focus on making sure they don’t lose what already works and they set clear goals to keep everyone on the same page. Most importantly, they work with partners who actually sit down and get to know their team and their culture.
