What does it take to build an organization that can keep up with the pace of AI and constant change?

In a recent conversation with HR Leaders Podcast, Judith Wiese, our Chief People and Sustainability Officer, explores the transformation underway at our company - and what it means for people, skills and leadership.

From embedding into everyday work, to making learning more personalized and accessible, to building the skills people need for careers that may span decades, one message comes through clearly: Learning is a muscle, and the flow of work becomes the daily gym where that muscle grows. 💪

The full 28-kilometer Greater Copenhagen Light Rail is now open, connecting eight municipalities from Ishøj to Lundtofte. 🇩🇰

In collaboration with Aarsleff Rail, we delivered 29 modern Avenio light rail vehicles designed for maximum comfort, with step-free boarding and dedicated spaces for bicycles, prams, and wheelchairs.

Each vehicle runs at speeds up to 70 km/h, and can carry up to 260 passengers.

By 2030, the line is expected to carry 14 million passengers annually, offering a sustainable alternative to car travel in one of Denmark's busiest regions.

Accessible and sustainable mobility in action.

We're supporting Saudi Arabia's digital future through collaboration.

At , we signed a Partnership Agreement with عِلم Elm to explore new opportunities that can help drive digital transformation across the Kingdom.

By combining Elm's digital capabilities with our expertise in smart , industrial , automation, and energy technologies, we aim to support smarter cities, more connected industries, and innovative solutions that create lasting value for businesses, communities, and the economy.

Together, we're helping turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact and contributing to a more sustainable future for Saudi Arabia.

The future of infrastructure isn't just smart—it's autonomous.

Buildings, traffic systems, and energy grids are no longer just reactive — they're on the path to autonomy. They sense, learn, predict, and act with minimal human intervention.

The shift? When they stop working in isolation and operate as one connected network.

That's .

We explained it in 5 slides 👉

Chocolate covered, drizzled with cream or served simply in a picnic basket this summer🍓☀️

Most of us don't think twice about how strawberries make it from greenhouse to table. But harvesting the perfect strawberry isn’t as simple as it seems.
At Ráječek Farm in the Czech Republic, is helping bridge the physical and digital worlds of farming.

Together with NVIDIA Omniverse, we’re enabling a of the growing environment, where AI can be trained to monitor plant health, detect pests and diseases, and identify ripe fruit before robots ever enter the greenhouse.

Equipped with our technology, the Fravebot Scout and Fravebot Harvestor can then put those insights into action in the real world, allowing farmers to accelerate innovation, optimise resources and support more sustainable crop production.

Turns out has a sweet side, too🍓🤖

São Paulo's automated metro is growing.🇧🇷

We're extending Line 4-Yellow – Latin America's first fully driverless metro — with 3.3 kilometers of new track and two new stations.

For the first time, the São Paulo Metro will reach beyond city limits, connecting over 280,000 residents in Taboão da Serra to the network.

The extension will serve approximately 110,000 passengers daily with advanced signaling technology that delivers near-100% punctuality — including our Trainguard MT system and the highest grade of automation.

Technology supports cities in building sustainable, efficient urban mobility for everyone.

What country comes to mind when you see this tram? 🚋

It's over 100 years old. It's still in operation today. And it's become a world-famous attraction for travellers from around the globe.

Back in 1913, we helped power this pioneering project, connecting a railway station with a Mediterranean harbour.

One more hint: This country features a grand Royal Palace in its capital, an intact ancient Roman aqueduct, and the iconic, soaring spires of the Sagrada Família.

Think you know the answer?

A look back at where decades of process automation began.

These archive photos show operators working with SIMATIC PCS 7 in its early years.

Introduced in the 1990s, our process control system was developed to bring the control, monitoring and management of complex industrial processes together in one integrated system.

The technology has evolved considerably since then.

But the goal behind it remains the same: helping industry run complex processes reliably and efficiently.

What if the factory could be as adaptable as the car it produces? 🤔

At Audi's Neckarsulm factory in Germany, we're moving toward software-defined automation to create a more flexible and efficient production environment.

Two solutions are helping drive this shift:

• Virtual PLCs allow automation functions to run as software rather than being tied to dedicated hardware.

• AI-based quality inspection uses cameras and Industrial Edge to detect weld spatter in near real time, helping operators identify defects more efficiently.

Together, these technologies demonstrate how factories can become easier to adjust, update and maintain as production requirements change.

The goal: production systems that can adapt to new models, changing volumes, stricter quality requirements and future software updates.

So the question is no longer only: How advanced is the car? But how adaptable is the factory that builds it?
