Falls ihr Probleme mit euren Computern oder eurem Internetanschluss habt, kommt einfach in unseren Sprechstunden vorbei oder schreibt uns eine Nachricht auf Facebook oder an [email protected]. In dringenden Fällen an die IT-Abteilung des Studentenwerks wenden! Zusätzlich zum Support verkaufen wir auch Netzwerk-Hardware, wie z.B. für die Wohnungen des Olydorfs vorkonfigurierte WLAN-Router für 30 b

zw. 40€ (je nach Modell). Sprechstunden:

In urgent cases, contact the IT department of the Studentenwerk! Unfortunately after the electrical outage there is currently an issue with the internet connection affecting the highrise at the moment.
Right now we still have no information. We will try to resolve the problem as quick as possible and keep you updated as soon as we get more information ourselves.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Momentan gibt es leider nach dem Stromausfall Probleme mit der Internetverbindung im Hochhaus.
Die Ursache ist uns zur Zeit nicht bekannt. Allerdings werden wir versuchen das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu beheben bzw. die Zuständigen Leute zu kontaktieren. Sobald wir mehr wissen werden wir unsere Info über Social Media mit euch teilen.

Hello Olydorf,

the Studentenwerk just informed us that their Nameserver failed. So if you had internet problems today (e.g. reaching certain websites), you can change your DNS server to the following DNS Server 10.156.33.53 for your Router / Lan settings. Feel free to contact us, if you need further help.

wir haben in letzter Zeit einige Beschwerden über das Internet im 12. Stock von Hochhaus B erhalten. Bitte schreibt uns hier über facebook wenn ihr betroffen seid / wart. Wir vermuten, dass die Internetprobleme durch eine falsche Konfiguration verursacht wurde

we have received several reports about internet problems on the 12th floor in Hochhaus B. Please contact us via facebook if you experienced issues for the past week. We assume it is caused by a faulty configuration.

We have some good news! We are able to offer you routers again. For more information, please contact us on Facebook or Instagram.

I'd like to remind you that our "consultation hours" are still held online via Facebook and Instagram. We cannot provide any "in-person" consultation hours yet. Thank you for your understanding!
